MAJESTIC RESIDENCE

Majestic Residence is a multifunctional residential complex located at the entrance to the town of Tsakhkadzor. The construction of the complex is planned to be  completed by the end of 2027. There are 12 multifunctional buildings under construction, each 8-10 stories high.

A geophysical investigation was carried out at the planning stage of the Majestic Residence complex. The buildings of the complex have an seismic resistance of 9+ points. The first floors of the buildings of the complex are intended for commercial spaces, and from the second floor begins the residential part. Majestic Residence complex is multifunctional and has a number of zones: underground and outdoor parking, a sports zone, a running track and a bicycle path, a courtyard area of 1.5 hectares, a swimming pool, a spa, a co-working space, a reading room and much more. The complex will also have a kindergarten, supermarket, restaurant and laundry facilities. On the north-eastern side of the complex there are forests, so residents can fully enjoy the fresh air and nature without leaving the territory. The apartments of the complex will have a magnificent view of Hatis, Aragats and Ararat mountains. The territory of the complex is green, rich in trees. It is not planned to cut down trees during the construction of the complex, instead up to 2000 trees will be planted on the territory, which will beautify the territory and enrich it with oxygen. Special plant species will be selected for the landscaping of the territory, so that the latter will integrate with the terrain and nature of Tsakhkadzor to the maximum extent possible, while providing a stylish and harmonious look. A special road leads from the courtyard of the Majestic Residence complex, intended only for emergency situations. The buildings will have fire escape staircases. The complex will always have its own water supply for use in case of water supply problems. The complex will have an automatic fire safety system, fire hydrants will be installed.

Majestic Residence is a closed neighborhood consisting of 12 buildings: 4 typical buildings with height of 8-10 floors. Each building has 4 elevators of modern models: 2 passenger elevators, 2 freight elevators. All apartments in the complex are on the sunny side. Residential floors start from the 2nd floor, and the first floors are intended for commercial premises: the latter will occupy an area of about 10 000 square meters. At the same time commercial premises can be used not only by the residents of the complex, but also by other persons wishing to locate their business in Majestic Residence. Buyers of apartments in the complex can choose their own partitions and design, which means that creating a dream apartment here is easier than one can imagine.

What kind of engineering and technical facilities will be in the complex? So, the buildings of the complex will be built with a facade ventilated system. The apartments will have a high level of soundproofing. Windows will be made exclusively of aluminum with three-layer glass, and the doors will be fireproof. Outdoor lighting is planned in the buildings. All apartments will have electricity and water, gas supply is individual optional. Each of the 12 buildings has a separate building permit. Large engineering units are planned on the upper floors of the buildings, which will ensure a strong water flow even on the highest floors.
